cindy reid academySHENZHEN, China – The Cindy Reid Golf Academy at Mission Hills, located at the world's largest golf club, Mission Hills Resort Shenzhen, has announced the creation of the Junior Elite Golf Programmeme.

The curriculum is designed for talented young players (ages seven to 18) with aspirations of competing in and winning junior tournaments; playing college golf in Asia or abroad or becoming professional golfers.

Weekly sessions begin July 1 and run through August 29. Participants will receive instruction from the best team of swing instructors and coaches in Asia.

All have years of junior and professional tour playing experience, and are trained by Cindy Reid - widely considered one of the sport's premier teachers.

"We believe the Junior Elite Golf Programmeme offers an exceptional opportunity for pupils to rapidly improve and attain their goals," says Cindy Reid, formerly Director of Instruction at TPC Sawgrass and contributor to Golf Channel's "Academy Live."

"It fosters a sense of courage, independence and self-confidence that no other programme in Asia can match, and gives students a decided advantage over their peers."

All crucial components of the game - full swing, short game, putting, course management and mental approach -- are emphasized with each player.

Every day is comprised of supervised practice, peer competitions and seminars on various aspects of golf. Players are immersed in an environment where they live and learn the lifestyle fundamental to golf success.
